Job Description
House of SILLAGE, is seeking an experienced sales professional and previous ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE to oversee retail locations in the Los Angeles Region . This position requires previous management experience.
Account Executive Responsibilities and Duties
:Manage several store counters (four to twelve)
:Raise fragrance brand awareness and sell fragrance products to all store visitors
:Achieve and exceed established regional sales goals on a
daily/weekly/monthly basis.
:Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new products, and invite them to upcoming events, (Incl., greeting customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner).
:Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding products.
:Communicate business opportunities that include line performance, stock levels and employee
:Perform daily department maintenance tasks including stock work, re:merchandising, display, merchandise transfers, light cleaning, and maintain professional company image.
:Training Brand Ambassadors in product knowledge and effective sales skills.
:Stay up to date with fragrance industry knowledge and marketing campaigns.
:Assist in the planning and execution of in:store fragrance events.
:Partner with in:Store Management and associates
:Build rapport with Brand Ambassadors and positive team culture.
:Motivate Brand Ambassadors to meet and exceed sales goals on a consistent basis.
:Provide floor coverage if necessary (as a BA)
:Able to follow instructions from upper management and other duties as assigned
Account Executive Qualifications
:A minimum of 3:7 years of previous sales experience is required, preferably in Cosmetics or Fragrances. (Must have Sales experience with luxury brands).
:At least 2+ years of Sales Training experience.
:At least 2+ years of Managerial Experience
:High school diploma or higher education preferred. Bachelors degree is a plus.
:Basic computer skills
Account Executive Job Requirements:
:Work under minimal supervision, proactive self:starter, and driven to meet/exceed expectations.
:Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and sales events, based on department and store/company needs.
:This is a FULL:TIME position with opportunity for advancement and growth.
