We are a well:established mid:size Pasadena CPA firm seeking a committed full:time Office Manager/Accounting Specialist to perform administrative and executive support including accounting and bookkeeping, human resource and business management. Proven experience, proficiency with QuickBooks, references and background checks are required. Prior CPA firm experience and Bachelors degree or higher are pluses. Candidates possessing strong organizational and communication skills, and the abilities to exercise discretion and independent judgment in addition to the use of skill are welcome .
