Administrative Assistant is needed to join our growing team. Assistant will be the primary source of contact for clients/partners to communicate with on an on-going basis. RESPONSIBILITIES + Coordinate meetings with potential clients/partners & events + Interact with current and potential clients/partners via E-mail, phone, Video conferencing + Research leads and partnership opportunities + Receive and process online service orders + Organize and maintain records + Conduct outbound and follow-up calls with prospective clients + Provide general support for targeted areas + Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of clients/partners + Create spreadsheets, documents, letters and presentations, as needed + Manage E-mails, Social Media accounts, Business listings and Ad campaigns Requirements + Have a complete and active Linkedin, facebook & twitter profiles + Experience in administrative support + Excellent communication skills - written and verbal + Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills + Being self-motivated and detail-oriented person + Copy-writing skills are preferred + Basic skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Benefits + Empowered to work freely + Flexible working hours and schedule + Positive work environment + Opportunity to grow personally and professionally
