America Green seeks a Rock Star Marketing Assistant/Administrator for its New Los Angeles Headquarters! We have expanded from New York and are looking for an individual who is up for the challenge to Paint America Green! As an assistant you must be able to handle working under pressure and have great time management skills. When proven a Rock Star at America Green, your upward mobility possibilities are limitless. • Arranges and maintains executive calendars: schedules meetings, conference calls, and prepares pitch materials as needed.
• Answers, screens, logs and places calls, maintains contact database.
• Maintains updates with new projects, and makes duplicates as needed.
• Updates and distributes internal development grid and other necessary project materials.
• Organizes creative meetings, brainstorm sessions, and researches various projects as needed.
• Keeps company website up to date with new press releases and social media
• Greets all executive guests - talent, creative staff, network execs and potential hires.
• Coordinates travel arrangements for Managing Director and VP’s.
• Performs other administrative and development related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma required.
• College graduate preferred.
• One year assistant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
• Strong written and verbal communication necessary.
• Must possess the ability to collaborate with others and work independently when necessary.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to identify problem areas and come up with possible solutions.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone.
• Must have professional demeanor and possess the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must have strong attention to details.
• Must have the ability to organize and handle multiple tasks.
• Must have the ability to work well under time constraints/deadlines and prioritize assignments.
• Must have excellent follow-through and ability to find and utilize all resources available.
• Must be able to work in fast paced environment.

Compensation is based on experience and starts at $14 per hour + Benefits and Incentives once full time with growth to 20 per hour.
