- A min. of 2 years of experience as a sous chef / cook with a reputable restaurant
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Long term references are a HUGE plus
- Must be a self-starter
- Able to speak clearly and listen attentively to supervisors, employees and customers.
- Have the ability to read and follow written instructions
- Must be able to communicate and understand employees
- Food safety certificate
