About the Job

We are seeking a full-time data entry/receptionist with prior experience in property management, excellent customer service,communication skills and professional demeanor both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities: Duties include and are not limited to;

* Yardi genesis
* Update database
* Making Copies
* Reconcile bank accounts
* Enter/pay bills
* Data Entry
* Create folders and file documents
*Able to operate multiple phone lines
*Strong organization skills
*Team player and proactive in assisting other departments
*Able to handle confidential information and maintain professionalism at all times
* Problem solving skills with the ability to work on multiple priorities and meet required deadlines
* Expert level in using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Experience working in a professional office environment
* Organized and detail-oriented
* A sense of ownership and pride in your work
* Ability to be flexible and multitask

Professionally answer, screen, direct and make telephone calls
Take and relay messages clearly
Prepare letters,emails and documents
Assist Property Managers
Filing of office documents, photocopying, scanning, faxing and mailing
Assist in maintaining Vendor and Tenant Insurance Certificates
Assist in maintaining company directories
Receive and verify invoices from vendors for goods and services
Reconcile Vendor Statements and correct discrepancies
Prepare and process checks for distributio/ Prepare account statements
Other general administrative tasks
