EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT This position is very special and I'm looking for a unique candidate to support all the aspects required to be successful in this position. Since you are working so closely with the CEO and his company, a perfect match is ideal as a professional representative and also, as his "Right Wingperson." It's a demanding position and asks you to wear many hats in the office so overall, if you are not familiar with the areas of experience below then this position might not be a good fit for you. Our CEO is seeking an Executive Assistant with strong administrative skills to help manage mostly business and executive support functions. Our office is based near Glendale and we specialize in security guard services. You must have a strong and assertive personality because you will be in liaison between high-level executives and always representing the CEO and company. Requirements: 5 - 7 years' experience in executive/administrative assistance and personal assistance Highly organized and detail orientated Clear and consistent communication via email, phone and in person Familiar with Outlook, multiple calendars, schedule, and able to prioritize High proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel Valid driver's license Able to solve problems and work with minimal supervision Calm and pragmatic in nature Strong administrative skills Strong leadership capabilities Prompt and dependable daily attendance Ability to work independently or within a team environment Professional and polished in speech and writing High level of honesty, integrity, energy, and personal accountabilityA few responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Maintain personal and business calendar Schedule and confirm appointments Create excel spreadsheets and update logs Answering incoming calls Call, resolve or schedule resolution of concerns with various vendors and employees Mail (retrieve, distribute, create, open and mail packages) Complete basic office functions such as write cover letters, scan documents, organize files, and internet research and analysis Data entry Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations Schedule in-office event training for our employees Perform other duties as assigned and needed Securitech Security Services, Inc. is a growing and well established contract security guard company.
