Join our superstar team of friendly, professional and customer-service oriented Part-Time Front Desk Managers.

Innovative Physical Therapy and Wellness clinic, POSTUREWORKS is a wellness provider offering physical therapy, fitness and sports performance programs including massage therapy and breathwork for all ages and stages in the West Los Angeles neighborhoods. We offer daily therapy, classes, massage, and workshops.

Tasks & Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the clinic, greet clients, and supervise the front desk
* Respond to inquiries via phone/email, facilitate communication between clients, staff, Clinic Manager, and Clinic Director
* Manage database of client info, attendance, and appointments through Mindbody Online
* Oversee maintenance and upkeep of all office and clinic equipment
* Administrate retreat and special event programs using Mindbody Online
* Light cleaning daily
* Additional long-term projects to be determined based on experience and skill set

Required Qualifications
* Experience or interest in the wellness industry
* Minimum 1 year customer service experience, administrative experience a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Computer proficiency
* Attention to detail, enthusiasm, friendliness, sense of humor, ability to multi-task and manage timelines
* Commitment to health and happiness in your own life

Desired Qualities
* Experience with Mindbody Online

Time commitment is approximately 30 hours per week. Weekly shifts are set for the times below, although we are seeking a candidate with a flexible schedule in the event that additional shift coverage is required .

Weekly Front Desk Shift Schedule:
Monday thru Friday : 7:45 am - 6pm

Position also requires shifts for occasional off-hours events at times outside of the above.
