Apartment Lease Coordinator Job Description
:Work with Leasing Consultants and Portfolio Managers to qualify prospective residents and complete required paperwork.
:Answer phone and assist prospective resident in apartment viewing and lease process.
:Follow up with prospective residents to obtain required information.
:Assist/ set up advertising for available apartment home including adding new photos and information.
:Retrieve and enter a variety of information into computer programs.
:Other general office duties.
:Comply with all State, Local and Federal Fair Housing and ADA laws.
:Assist associates in tending to all functions of the management Office as directed by the Director of Operations and President.
:Minimum 2 Years professional Apartment Leasing or Leasing Assistant experience with a minimum of a 200 apartment community or in corporate office with a minimum of 1000 apartment homes.
:Experience marketing available apartments.
:Current training in Fair Housing and Leasing Practices
:Professional attitude and appearance
:Strong computer and communication skills including property management specific software.
:High School Diploma or GED, minimum.
