Job Description

We are a boutique law firm focusing in personal injury and employment law.

We are seeking an experienced (1-2 years in a personal injury law firm) bilingual (Spanish/English) staff member to join our Personal Injury Department.

Responsibilities include:

➠ Conduct the intake process in person and over the phone
➠ Retrieve necessary information regarding the new case(s) via phone, demonstrate compassion for the injured party.
➠ Locate applicable reports such as traffic and collision reports, police reports
➠ Interview witnesses as appropriate
➠ Provides excellent client service by establishing a rapport with callers, using appropriate tone, clear enunciation, respectful words, as well as empathy for their situation and needs
➠ Evaluates the information obtained from each caller to determine whether an appointment should be set for the prospective client, a referral to another attorney or firm should be made, or some alternative information should be provided
➠ Assist in gathering police report, medical bills and records from hospitals, Medi-Cal, Medicare, private doctors, for established clients

Qualified candidate will have 1-2 years related experience. Knowledge or experience in the areas of insurance claims, personal injury is a must. Must have excellent client service skills, strong oral and written communication skills. Must be bilingual in Spanish. Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook required.
