Primary duties include:

  • assist office manager with operations of main administrative office
  • answer phones and interact with guests, members and staff is a prompt, courteous and professional manner
  • Hospitality/private club experience preferred
  • Must have strong computer skills, organizationl skills, multi-tasking abilities and must be available to work weekends and holidays
