Looking for a multi-tasker who can handle general office admin duties and marketing/social media. General office duties include answering phones, booking appointments and working with vendors. Marketing and social media duties include contacting new client leads and working on social media programs (Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest). The position will be located on-site in Santa Monica several days per week.
