Job Description

Pacific Apartments is a company established for the purposes of managing multi-family properties. The company has extensive background in development, construction, and management. Our portfolio includes affordable residential units in the Downtown Los Angeles and Van Nuys, California as well as units in Phoenix, Arizona. We manage over 15 properties with approximately 1,400 units in total.

We are looking for an office clerk with experience in real estate, property management, and accounting. Responsibilities include: data entry, filing documents, preparing notices, depositing checks, answering phone calls, and coordinating with property managers.

Must be proficient in Microsoft, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be fluent in English.

Recommended: experience in real estate/property management
