Description

The Personal Assistant provides extensive support for calendar management, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, email correspondences and assisting the owner with daily administrative tasks.

This individual is an expert in all things related to coordinating travel arrangements, calendar management, composing email correspondences, memos, social media and other administrative projects.

Requirements
Flexible to work Monday-Friday 8-1pm remote
Schedule appointments with clients
Write memos, correspondences, thank you cards
Data entry of reports in Microsoft Excel
Some personal errands as needed, receive packages and order supplies

Skills & Qualifications
Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite
Experience with Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Detail oriented, high attention to detail and problem solver
Ability to work independently and in sync with CEO

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $20.00 /hour

Job Location: Remote
