Vacuum Atmospheres Co. has been manufacturing environmentally controlled chambers for over 40 years. We are centrally located in the Los Angeles South Bay near L. A. Int’l Airport. We have a position currently available for:

PURCHASING CLERK

Job Summary: Under general supervision of the Buyer, the clerk performs standard duties assisting with activities of the purchasing function including:

Maintaining files and compiling data
Examining invoices for accuracy
Preparing purchase orders
Contact vendors to verify and expedite material orders

The successful candidate will be organized and detail oriented. Experience utilizing email, software programs including purchasing, word processing and spreadsheet programs is essential.
