1.Answer incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel and departments.

2.Greet visitors/guests/members professionally, determining the nature and purpose of visit

3.Direct and escort visitors/guests/members to appropriate destination.

4.Schedule appointments, create and prints fax sheets, memos, mail, reports and other documents.

5.Maybe required to perform basic clerical duties, such as filing, faxing, and photocopying/

6.Assist with Admin and HR tasks as needed.
