SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisors assignment.

:Proactively maintain, schedule, and organize the Department Directors highly dynamic calendar and coordinate meetings on behalf of the Director,
:Create presentations for members of the Department using PowerPoint,
:Compose and respond to a variety of correspondence,
:Arrange travel and prepare expense reports,
:Procure supplies using on:line purchase requisition tools,
:Organize department meetings and functions,
:Coordinate maintenance and repairs,
:Interact effectively with the CSD Front Office, technical and business staff, corporate and customer staffs, and other managers in Aerospace and their administrative staff. 13;
:High School Diploma or equivalent
:Typing and proofreading skills
:A minimum of six (6) years or more of increasing skill and responsibility in administrative support
:Demonstrated skill using Microsoft Office software products (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word)
:Draft schedules in Microsoft Project
:Demonstrated skills in multitasking, managing priorities, and flexibility with assignments
:Ability to work well in a professional team/collaborative environment
:Strong interpersonal skills to positively interact while prioritizing customer service
:Demonstrated ability to learn new software applications to adapt to workplace change
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENTS
:Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
:Ability to use a computer to complete assignments.
:Ability to communicate with individuals and groups in person, by phone and telepresence.
