Educational Sales Supervisor

CyberActive recently completed a merger with a marketing:based company and is seeking to grow at a fast pace by improving its existing courses, adding new courses in different verticals, creating engaging apps and entering key relationships with more government agencies, affinity programs, school districts, and private businesses.
We are looking for a Rock Star Sales Supervisor who will love to get on the phone and sell our courses to potential clients. The ideal candidate is an experienced, hard:working, and motivated sales executive who loves to sell : and create business models around selling : to join our IN:HOUSE team in Los Angeles in order to help continue the rapid growth of our company. The sales executive will also be responsible for researching and identifying new sales opportunities and leads through online research, cold calling, networking, and social media.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, by researching and recommending new opportunities, and by recommending profit and service improvements
Identifies product improvements or brainstorms new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Prepares presentation materials such as brochures, online presentations, webinars, and other materials to help potential clients understand the product
Creates reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Maintains knowledge of competitor strategies and clients through research
:A bachelors degree in a business:related field
:Strong writing and communication skills
:5+ years of experience working as a senior level executive in sales
:Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM
:Experience in teaching at an educational instituion is definitely a plus
:Experience in building, organizing and training sales teams
:Exposure to reaching clear financial targets and goals
:Experience selling and developing relationships with customers
:A strong interest in outreach and communication
:An aptitude for creating attractive presentations
:Outstanding public speaking and presentation skills
:Excellent research skills
:Strong leadership development skills
:The ability to work individually and with a team
:Base salary is 65,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience, and there are highly attractive commission plans that can pay up to 20,000 per month. Please note that this job entails selling education to parties that need the service and can benefit from it.
