Under the direction of the Director HR Systems and Operations, this position is responsible for the support, analysis, configuration, and implementation of various systems that make up the HR systems portfolio, including, but not limited to Performance Management, Succession Planning, Learning Management, Applicant Tracking, Compensation, Benefits and Analytics software. He/She will serve as a liaison between HRIS, internal customers, and external vendors. Responsibilities include analyzing HR processes, identifying issues and requirements and developing and implementing project plans to accomplish proposed solutions. Additionally, this position ensures integrity of HRIS data; serves on related committees and acts as a knowledge resource for the HRIS systems for HR staff and system users. Responsible for configuring, developing, implementing and maintaining various HRIS programs, systems and reports to optimize the system value.Provides technical expertise and technical design knowledge for system and process design.Serve in a lead role for HRIS system projects and initiativesResponsible for testing of system changes and analyzing data flow for process improvement opportunities and development of feeds.Analyzes processes and HR data to identify problems and proposed solutions and ensure data integrity.Leads process improvements to optimize utilization of HRIS technology.Develops and maintains written and online HR system documentation, reference, and end:user training materials.Provides daily user support, while serving as a key systems knowledge resource for the HR business unit including processes as requested.Works in conjuction with IT, Payroll and the HRIS, ATS and Talent Management provider for system modifications, process improvements, and system upgrades planning, testing, communication, and implementation.Support daily/weekly processes, transactions, mass changes, data entry ad hoc reports as needed.Troubleshoot system glitches, errors and processing issues as they arise.Assists in the selection, testing and implementation of new HR systems.Performs other related duties as assigned. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology (IT) or a related business field required.A minimum 5 years of experience working with either HR systems; prior experience with current SAAS HR software, Cornerstone on Demand, ADPR and Enterprise V5, strongly preferred. Prior HR analytics experience preferred.Expert report writing skills and Excel skills required. MS Access knowledge helpful.Project management and system implementation experience desired.
