STUDIO B RENTAL RATES INCLUDE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
*15' x 29' shooting room with 10' ceiling *Ceiling anchor points for hanging sets/props *FOUR Alienbees B1600 strobes *Pocket Wizard transceiver set *22" beauty dish w/ diffusion sock *48" octabox, 2x3' softbox, gridded stripbox *1 boom stand + 3 standard light stands *Black, white, red 10x20' cloth backdrops *Wall backdrops: industrial, wood, starfield, more *Boudoir set with ornamental daybed *Set furniture: red settee, gold brocade couch *Makeup station w/ mirror & vanity lights *Sound system w/ hookup for iPod, CD player, laptop, etc. *Microwave, mini-fridge, coffeemaker (client supplies food/beverages) *Air conditioning *Private restroom *Access to gated parking lot Additional items available (extra charge): Black or white seamless background paper: $25/section. Our appointment calendar can be viewed online at www.dm-gremlin.com/calendar/month.php. This calendar shows all of our booked and available times. We maintain a 30-minute window between bookings to allow for setup/teardown. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: ** All reservations must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. ** Non-refundable payment in advance is required by 48 hours in advance of reservation time for first-time clients. ** For established clients, payment is due in cash at time of shoot. Receipts are available upon request. ** Cancellation/rescheduling policy is 48 hours' notice required for weekday bookings; 7 days' notice for weekend bookings. ** A contact phone number, street address, and email address are required for booking. Additional terms apply as listed on the studio's website. |
