Vendor Direct Solutions is a market leader in law firm organization, information management consulting and outsourcing. We are currently looking for an experienced full: time Conference Services Manager to work at established client law firm in Downtown Los Angeles, CA.

Job Responsibilities:
Management of 8:10 team members : this includes schedule management, training, teaching employees firm protocols, and daily work that includes but is not limited to:
:Daily Management of Firm Conference Room Reservation System
:Planning, scheduling, and implementation of conference room and audio visual setups in 70 conference rooms totaling over 4,000 meetings events every month.
:Coordination of special projects/firm events including cocktail receptions, workshops, training sessions, and client meetings
:Allocating tasks and priorities and coordinating appropriate resources
:Planning, scheduling, and implementation of firm kitchen/pantry maintenance
:Manage firm attorney lunches and client meets as well as internal meetings
:Successfully communicate and work with firm personnel at all levels including staff, management, and partnership.
:Manage meeting projects to successful completion.
:Understand when to escalate issues and follow up to ensure resolution
:Establish vendor relationships
:Partner with current vendors to enable excellent service to the firm
:Consistently source new vendors that ensures a wide variety of providers
:Negotiations of service level agreements providing a competitive price to the firm
:Adhering to firms administrative policies and deadlines
:Supply management and ordering of equipment, audio visual equipment, supplies, food, alcohol, beverages, pantry items, dishware.
:Report preparation relating to Hospitality Management including financial analysis (spreadsheet preparation and inventory analysis)

Education Requirements:
:High School Diploma or equivalent required; Undergraduate degree is preferred
