HOURS: Full-time M-F 8:30-5:00 PM

PAY: Hourly pay rate (**eligible for monthly bonus plan/probation period)

BENNEFITS: Medical & Dental Insurance eligible ** after 90 days

Customer Service Representative DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES –

Maintain up-to-date expert knowledge on all PIMA APPAREL t-shirts, other manufactured products, and garment services

Build relationships with current and prospective customers through constant communication, and follow-up

Update customers on new information: products, catalogs, prices, available inventory, etc.

Set and confirm Sales appointments to work with buyers in PIMA APPAREL showroom

Make cold-calls and follow-up with PIMA/New Account document, and purchase orders

Answer customer inquiries

Process catalog requests

Process sample requests

Maintain/update customer information: Ship To/Bill To, A/P contact, Payment Method, Shipping/Routing Guides, etc

Process RMA and Call-tag request

Data/order entry

Keep and maintain customer conversation log

Submit daily activity and result report

Meet/exceed monthly sales goals

Attend local trade shows as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years related experience

Excellent phone and computer skills

Must be able to initiate conversation with the customers

Needs to be organized with good time management, self- motivated

Comfortable in a fast paced work environment
