  • Must have open and flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be available and willing to work overnight shifts, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
  • At least 1 year of customer service is required.
  • Previous hotel and valet experience is preferred.
  • Cash handling experience in a professional experience required.


A Valet Parking Key Attendant with Hilton Hotels and Resorts is responsible for receiving, storing and retrieving vehicle keys from/for the Valet Attendant. In addition, they will ensure payment for parking has been received and processed prior to releasing guest keys and provide receipts for guests.

What will I be doing?
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Operate and manage the parking booth area.
  • Maintain accurate records of parking-related charges and fees including, but not limited to parking rates, validations, accrued parking time, vehicles in the hotel's care, etc.
  • Manage flow of traffic, as needed.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
