Job Description

Expectations:

Serve as a proactive mentor, teacher and problem solver for the Customer Experience Associate team

Motivate and inspire the store team through a strong store presence and consistently leading by example

Educate customers on our social mission; feel comfortable speaking to this

Promote and maintain a high standard for overall Customer Service and Store Operations

Forge relationships with community

Build and own catering orders

Gain proficiencies in the following areas:

Store opening and closing procedures

Store operations

Perform all sales functions

Facilitate the zones on the sales floor based on business needs

Create and maintain the store communication flow

Uphold all company Policy and Procedure

Experience:

At least 2 years leading a team in a similar retail or hospitality environment

Enjoy a fast-paced start-up environment

Be ServSafe and Los Angeles County Food Handlers certified

Bi-lingual English & Spanish speaking--nice to have

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation includes highly competitive hourly wage & incentives and potentially health insurance. (depending on experience)
