Office assistant is needed for a large solar and home improvement company

Must speak English and Tagalog female applicants only please!

Daily duties include but are not limited to:
-Answering phone calls
-Scanning, filing, faxing
-Scheduling estimate appointments
-Assisting office manager

Requirements:
-Must be punctual
-40 hour work week
-Must be a hardworking, able to focus, and organized
-Must be able to handle heavy call volume
-Must have knowledge of Quickbooks & Google Calendars & Google Maps
-Must have thick skin (customers can be rude at times)

You will get paid every Tuesday!
The pay rate will be determined in the interview as it is based on your work
experience.
