UCLA Extension is currently seeking an experienced accounting Custom Programs Representative (Requisition: 26793) within the Custom Programs and Corporate Education department.
Under the supervision of the Assistant Director Manager of the Custom Programs Unit, the Custom Programs Lead Rep (Program Representative III) will provide high level of administrative, operational, and financial support and analysis to the Assistant Director Custom Programs Manager. The position has responsibility for program planning and implementation, administrative and budget support, and special project management for domestic and international custom programs and corporate education. The position will also work closely with the institutions Continuing Educators and custom program clients to plan and successfully execute custom programs.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem:solving skills sufficient to speak with and write to persons of various social, cultural, economic, and ethnic backgrounds to develop effective working relationships, assess and resolve problems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision, and respond in a timely manner to prospective and existing clients inquiries and requests. Demonstrated ability in preparing administrative, operational, and financial analyses of an operations day:today activities.
Skill in analyzing information, problems, situations, practices or procedures to identify relevant factors and make recommendations for the resolution of problems.
Demonstrated computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects and under fluctuating deadlines and demands.
Mathematical skills sufficient to calculate budgetary figures, using computations such as ratios, percentages, and margins. Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution and high service standards.
Experience in event management, including logistics and arrangements for schedules, venue reservations, delivery of audio:visual and other equipment, catering, and attention to a wide variety of details.
Familiarity with training programs in the areas of business and management, entertainment (including broadcasting and digital media), and other fields.
Familiarity with Word Press, SharePoint, Photoshop, Internet Marketing. Conversational or Fluency in a foreign language.

The target salary range for this position is between 4009 and 4722 monthly.
