As a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist based in our Los Angeles, CA office, you will work closely with the Diversity, Inclusion, and Engagement (D and I) Team to manage and execute a variety of firm:wide initiatives that create and reinforce a culture of high performance.
*Develop and maintain metrics and reporting for the D and I team initiatives by compiling data from a variety of sources and preparing visual presentations for diverse audiences
*Coordinate the external survey and benchmark processes by conducting external research to identify opportunities to broaden the D and I visibility, participating and responding to surveys, and serving as a liaison between external vendors and our business groups on survey related issues
*Partner with Capital Communities and Corporate Communications to manage the communication efforts. Facilitate the planning, development, approval and launch processes for D and I articles, videos or enterprise wide communications. Collaborate with the Capital Community leads to implement their community:specific communications
*Partner closely with the D and I team to conduct engagement surveys (pulse surveys and annual engagement survey), including survey design, training, reporting, and communication plan
*Support ad:hoc requests on initiatives and projects as needed
*3+ years of Human Resources and/or Administrative experience in a corporate environment
*A self:starter with excellent judgment, exceptional communication skills, strong customer service and professionalism
*A strong problem:solver with initiative to work creatively and proactively support other team members
*Strong abilities using all Microsoft Office Suite products with a comfort level with advanced Excel and PowerPoint
*A desire and demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and leverage opportunities for process improvements
*Strength in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
*Ability to compile data and complex information into useful summaries, reports, and presentations
*Bachelors degree required
