Our Marketing and Sales teams bring our services to the marketplace. We are looking for Summer Associates interested in business planning, client analytics, data science, sales support operations, and strategic marketing initiatives.
What you may do:
Business Insights and Analytics offers a unique opportunity for those interested in data science and business analytics to build some analytic
and requires some coding (e.g., Python, SQL, etc.) experience. The ability to create a story by sifting through heaps of qualitative and quantitative data will be integral to be successful.
Client Analytics is Capitals research team that works with clients on asset allocation, portfolio construction and investment strategy through a combination of thought leadership, solutions, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a quantitative
and effective communication abilities.
Digital Marketing Communications is the perfect opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who also has a keen sense of todays digital ecosystem. Strategic focus coupled with an intense curiosity to synthesize information to build a story is key. Someone from a digital background who has web analytics experience is a nice:to:have.
Strategic Marketing offers opportunities to work alongside seasoned marketing professionals with diverse backgrounds. Develop your insightful thinking and organizational savvy with B2B and B2C targeted work. The ideal candidate will have marketing experience (e.g., consumer or business marketing, brand mgmt., content or digital marketing) and be able to demonstrate resourcefulness and an ability to handle ambiguity. Entrepreneurial self:starters who want to hone their classical and emerging marketing skills are best suited for these roles.
Product Management will require agile learners who are self:starters and intuitively know how to navigate ambiguous problems. Resourceful individuals who are interpersonally and organizationally savvy will be most successful in these roles. Industry and functional experience are a nice:to:have, but analytical skills with a strategic mindset are a must.
Sales Enablement identifies standard methodologies and key success metrics to measure the effectiveness of various sales force thought leadership and development programs. Those who are fired up about sales and marketing capabilities, with strong research, competitive analysis, and consultative skills, are the perfect fit.
