The SeniorMarketing Manager of high net worth (HNW) channels will report to the Senior Manager, Wealth Management Client Segment, within the Marketing Team. The successful candidate will develop and execute on a comprehensive strategy for the HNW:oriented client segments, applying insights to the unique needs of these segments. This role will be responsible for the planning and execution of the Financial Conglomerate, RIA, and Private Bank client segment plans, and will also serve as the marketing lead for HNW B2B media, ensuring relevant and actionable messaging for these audiences across sales and marketing touchpoints. In addition to developing, creating, implementing, and evaluating marketing strategies and marketing plans, they will serve in a leadership role on the cross:functional client segment teams for FC and Private Wealth (RIA+PB), collaborating with distribution on the business plans for these important and growing segments.
Builds a center of excellence for HNW marketing within the organization. Partners closely with the marketing research team, investor team, and Private Client Services to draw implications from research, channel trends, profiles of target customers and key intermediaries, and competitor practices; socializes this knowledge throughout the organization.
Supports, coaches, and leads a high performing team of client segment marketing associates.
Develops an integrated sales and marketing plan in close collaboration with distribution leadership, for FC, RIA and PB client segments, built on deep client insights. Helps to facilitate sales and marketing plan development meetings. Provides the cross:functional teams of the organization with actionable customer:based insights and channel recommendations that meet our customer needs and help shape the final plan design.
Working closely with National Accounts, explores relationships with FC and PB clients' home office teams (with a specific focus on marketing personnel) in order to deeply understand clients and surface opportunities for joint program development.
Supervises plan execution utilizing internal and external resources and track performance; collaborate with writers, designers, and agency resources to develop content that is timely and relevant for these unique audiences.
Drives marketing support for a digitally enabled salesforce and digital intermediary content distribution. Analyzes the span of marketing activities and measure the overall impact of the plan to determine effectiveness and recommend changes for future plans; researches, evaluates, and proposes new marketing tactics and tools.
7:10+ years of experience in strategic marketing. Additional experience in financial services, B2B marketing, and HNW:oriented consumer/investor marketing roles is required.
