Job Description:/h3:
Open position for a professional Community Manager for a 262 apartment community. Must have at least 4 years experience in property management. Must be highly motivated and energetic. Will be responsible, under the supervision of the Regional Manager for all phases of the property operations. Will supervise a staff of 7 employees, vendors and rovers. Must provide excellent customer service to all residents and prospects. Monitor and direct rental activity, coordinate all onsite activities, be responsible for marketing and comparison reports. Must maintain an ongoing knowledge of the local market. Assist in timely collection and posting of rents, knowledge and administration of all property reports. Must have basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, Yardi and On:Site. Community Manager has the option of living onsite or living off:site within 15 minutes from property.

* Fair Housing Certified
* Living onsite is Optional (restrictions apply)
* Familiarity with On:Site Software and Yardi
