Hynes Industries is looking for an Business Development Manager to join their team in the Los Angeles, CA market
This is a remote position that covers an untapped opportunity in Los Angeles, CA and surrounding state territory.
Business Development Manager : Requirements
Engineered steel selling experienced required, Custom Roll Forming selling experience highly preferred
Ability to tour facilities, work with engineers and identity examples of what can be converted to roll forming shapes
Self:starter with proven track record of sales success, growing existing relationships and penetrating new accounts
Bachelors Degree : Business, Marketing,
Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Distribution
Must have an understanding of manufacturing and operations

Business Development Manager : Responsibilities
Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service needs
Complete scheduled and cold call prospecting activities to establish first and follow up appointments
Prepare and deliver sales
proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision maker
Utilize Sales Force on daily basis, scheduling and documenting activities, developing prospective customer profiles
Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly
Identify diversification opportunities
Excel at Sales Presentations
Establish and maintain a culture built on lasting relationships with both internal and external customers
Drive gross margin and profit. Meet or exceed the new business sales goals
Clear understanding and ability to execute Quotation Process
Be familiar with the companys differentiated advantages and full scope of products and services
Utilize reporting tools to monitor progress and develop corrective strengths and weaknesses
Manage sales activities throughout by visiting customers to obtain new business and expand existing relationships
