Description: Performs variety of activities in support of functional areas for a specific project/technical unit or business function.

Essential Functions:
  • Provides general business support to the manager and/or department staff members for assignments that are semi-routine in nature and of limited scope to include:
  • Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.
  • Compiles, reviews and summarizes data for review and/or analysis by other staff members.
  • Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timeline, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations with some direction from other staff members.
  • Provides routine data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
  • May perform other duties as required.

    Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum three (3) years of related experience.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.

    Additional Requirements:
  • Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
  • Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree preferred.
