In this key role, the Client Engagement Manager will be responsible for achieving engagement success measured by ROI or other metrics agreed to between the customer and Intel and customer satisfaction by structuring and managing Service engagements from the design stage through implementation and on-going management. The Engagement Manager will work with the customer and the Intel sales team in its early stages to help identify and communicate optimal solutions based on a solid appreciation of the client's business goals and issues, an understanding of the technology and the application of consulting best practices. The client engagement manager will possess a deep understanding of business models, jobs to be done and business processes required in the financial services industry - such as banks, credit card companies, and insurance companies - and over time the client's business to optimize their implementation and on-going utilization of Intel's solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

Establish processes to support an engagement, including project calendar and defining deliverable and reporting procedures.

Lead and or participate in operational processes related to specific engagements, including staffing, utilization management, forecasting, time and expense management, and billing.

Effectively write, deliver and negotiate Statements of Work and Change Orders based on project requirements.

Validate scope, conduct project kickoff and hold discussions with stakeholders.

Conduct weekly and monthly status reports internally and to the client at key project milestones and provide project status reports on the effectiveness of the engagements in process against their baseline plans.

Review, monitor, manage and approve consultant and partner billable hours and expenses on a weekly basis.

Define in advance and secure sign-off on the acceptance criteria for project deliverables, work with the team to establish delivery dates for and oversee the review of client deliverables to ensure they meet all client acceptance criteria.

Provide technical oversight for projects and provide Project Management expertise where required

Coordinate internal team member activities so that their deliverables are seamlessly integrated and delivered on a timely basis.

Participation with the customer in use case and business presentations to executive management is expected.

Oversee resolution of product issues and defects with Product Management and Customer Support.

Participate in escalation of Severity 1 issues for rapid resolution.

Travel to client sites is expected on an as designed or needed basis.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics or Computer Science with emphasis in analytics, Master's Degree a plus. Experience with knowledge management, business transformation and change management in the Financial Services Industry.
9+ years of client management experience managing accounts internationally.
Experience in Financial Crimes and/or Financial Services Digital Transformation Projects.
Experience in Regulated and Compliance areas of Financial Industry.

Has documented success with developing a business strategy and managing complex transformation projects.
Exceptional communication skills presentation, facilitation, oral, written, listening and conflict resolution.
Enthusiastic about assuming responsibility and accountability.
Flair for evaluating alternatives and deciding on a plan of action.
Adept at critical and creative thinking.
Leadership abilities, across the client enterprise and in a multiple project environment, which influences clients, team members, and key stakeholders.
Good understanding of consulting practices
Ability to travel internationally – up to 50%
