CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE / LARGE FORMAT PRINTING

EXPERIENCED CSR needed PROMINENT LARGE FORMAT printer.

** NOTE: Candidate Must have Graphic Industry Experience as a CSR / Production Coordinator (or sales) in POP LARGE FORMAT Display Print to be considered - NO EXCEPTIONS

The client services representative acts as a liaison between internal and external clients, assisting in the coordination and production of client documents, print production and sales. Candidate is responsible for all steps of service through delivery and final disposition of customer product. Understanding customer’s business needs and building solid external and internal customer relationships is critical. In Store Media RETAIL signage and Display Graphics experience needed.

Desired Skills & Experience

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Data entry and gathering of manufacturing and print specifications instructions into the systems used for communication, scheduling, estimates and producing the customer finished product.
Resolution of issues, production discrepancies and P&L in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate production of components with other internal plants and/or external vendors as required.
Requirements, Qualifications and Skills

Working knowledge of the POP RETAIL VISUAL DISPLAY SIGNAGE print industry. ** Prior experience in this segment of print is absolutely necessary**.
Able to apply broad work experience and knowledge when analyzing complex problems.
Must be able to consistently identify critical elements, variables and alternatives to develop solutions.
Must be able to organize/prioritize existing resources and incorporate new information, as needed, to implement the most effective solutions.
Able to communicate clearly and courteously with those who need to know of decisions/actions/problems. Able to apply excellent business acumen and collaborative skills when resolving problems.
Working knowledge of print production (Large Format offset, Screen and Digital Print) as well as experience with STRONG CLIENT engagement, planning, job processing, trafficking and graphic design. 3D Structural - Fixture
Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to solve problems related to duties of the job. Maintain composure and professional demeanor under pressure and the ability to coordinate with multiple people across various departments in order to adhere to tight deadlines & budgets.
General knowledge of computers and software programs such as Hagen, MS Office, Excel, Adobe, Illustrator, etc.
Must be able to modify communication style, both formal and informal, to match the appropriate level of the audience targeted. Requires strong understanding of the impact of a message on the organization or customer. Able to write with the clarity and precision necessary for the work being performed.
Experience and Requirements
Bachelor's (or equivalent work experience IN THE POP Print GRAPHICS INDSUTRY managing client relationships and production) - Minimum of 3-6 years relevant work experience necessary (In Marketing Print POP Industry segment).
