The Human resources Operations (HROps) Coordinator works directly with other HROps staff on efforts across a wide range of purposes, such as systems modifications, upgrades and new initiatives. The coordinator may be asked to lead small projects leveraging the SDLC methodology. The coordinator also functions as a link between various departments and HR processes. Data collection and consultation with these departments is essential, including communicating advice regarding policies and guidelines. Performs data entry and maintenance for the various systems in the Human Resources Systems and Operations department. This role will also maintain and keep current departmental SOPS and process flows. Strict standards for data integrity must be upheld. Strong verbal and written skills are necessary. Conduct audits of human resources data to preserve its integrity and put, review, and format human resources data for entry into the HRIS system.Provide HROps training and customer service support to users.Coordinate and monitor information entered into the HRMS.Ensure project outcomes are updated in department documentation pertaining to SOPS, process flows, data feed specifications, and system configurationsAssist in documenting and creating end:user instructions for use in training and education contentMay be asked to lead small/medium size projects using SDLC methodologyMaintain discretion in matters of confidentiality Associates Degree Required. BachelorA?s degree preferred.3:5 years HRIS/data entry experience including customer service required
