A position with purpose



: Upon FDA approval, will cultivate a customer base, continuously prospect for new customers, act on leads and persuasively position our commercially approved products and services versus competitors. Drive sales revenue to achieve territory priorities.
: Develop key relationships with clinicians, technicians, nurses, and patients.
: Establish the competitive culture for sales within a territory.
: Demonstrate thorough knowledge and insight of competitor strengths, weaknesses and strategies. Translate business strategy into clear objectives by maintaining pricing strategy discipline, anticipating problems and establishing procedures for meeting goals.
: Demonstrate a broad understanding of financial management principles and its impact on a territory level. Collaborate with sales leadership, HE(amp;)R and National Accounts to increase sales team success.
: Support cases with advanced complexity, and full system competency. Maintain composure in complex clinical situations.
: Provide coaching and feedback to less experienced staff.
: Participates in Health Care Provider training.


Qualifications for Success



: 3:5 years DBS Operating Room experience required.
: Advanced working knowledge of DBS products and applications.
: Bachelors degree
