This position is responsible to support Facility Construction and Service engagements for sector and corporate customers. The manager will lead a team of supply chain professionals in executing company strategies to support sector projects, drive cost reduction and maintain a diverse supply base. It is expected that the supply chain manager understands the company’s (sector and business unit) supply chain strategies, goals and objectives to drive performance and guide business engagements.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead a team of Procurement Contracting Officials responsible for facility related SOW.
  • Review and approve execution of supplier agreements and purchase orders.
  • Remain current with new technologies and market trends through relationships with strategic suppliers and market experts.
  • Develop and support strategies that drive cost reduction, enterprise consistency, and business value.
  • Provide input and comply with Northrop Grumman internal policies, procedures, guidelines, and strategic direction.
  • Partner with Facility Management organizations to identify and meet mutual business goals and demand requirements.
  • Support the corporation’s global supplier diversity program.
  • Collaborate/partner with all Northrop Grumman sectors.
  • Provide managerial assistance in the areas of staff development, goal setting, prioritizing, performance assessments and corrective actions, training development and mentoring.
