Board of Directors is currently looking to hire a General Manager for ultra-luxury high-end building in Los Angeles. This person will be responsible for managing, coordinating and overseeing all tasks relating to this supremely high profile property. The General Manager will also be responsible for running the HOA Board Meetings and responding to homeowner inquiries and concerns.


Additional Responsibilities:

• Assuring superior customer service is received at all times.
• Responsible for supervising, motivating, coaching and training employees.
• Plan, direct and coordinate activities at the request of the Homeowner's Association
• Ensure that established goals and objectives are accomplished with prescribed priorities, time limitations and with fiscal responsibility.
• Ensure all expenses incurred are within the approved budget.
• Responsible for drafting and enforcing community Rules and Regulations per the CC&Rs and By-Laws.
• Make recommendations and assist in the formulation of goals and objectives.
• Oversee the hiring of new employees.
• Managing building staff and oversee all onsite personnel.
• Coordinate with brokers and sales personnel for open houses/sale of units

Position Requirements
• Certified General Manager highly desirable.
• Prior experience with Homeowner's Association a must.
• Experience in managing a Luxurious Condominium highly preferred.
• Successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug test.
• Highly customer service oriented, with the ability to professionally interact with all levels of individuals in a courteous and respectful manner
•Ability to de-escalate situations before they become hostile or unpleasant.
