Human Resources Manager


·         Manage recruitment process for all exempt and non-exempt employees.

·         Conduct employee orientation training to ensure employees assimilate into the FFG culture.

·         Manage progressive counseling and employee performance processes.

·         Evaluate and coordinate the performance management process for exempt and non-exempt employees.

·         Coordinate and conduct open enrollment meeting for company benefit programs.

·         Process all benefits enrollment, terminations, changes and corrections to FFG payroll, providers and within HR Kronos.

·         Counsel management with performance management issues and progressive counseling.

·         Manage employee rewards and recognition programs to ensure their effective with employees and meet company objectives.

·         Maintains HR Kronos HRIS current and accurate for new hires, terminations, employee changes & personal information, LOAs, benefits and other as required.

·         Ensures federal and state compliance in personnel files, I-9 binders, medical files Workers’ compensation files and other confidential employee information.

·         Manage and approve bi-weekly Kronos time records to process ADP Payroll.

·         Administer and enforce HR policy and procedures and corporate policies and procedures.

·         Administer the company's workers' compensation program.

·         Administer performance review program.

·         Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

·         Administer employee uniform program, employee parking & employee badge systems.


·         Minimum of a B.A./B.S. degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

·         Manufacturing experience a plus

·         A minimum of 4-5 years broad-based human resource experience

·         Candidate bilingual in English and Spanish a plus

·         Knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Kronos and ADP

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, specifically in Excel

·         Knowledgeable of California Employment and Labor Laws

·         Competent to work independently within area of expertise
