As our Manager of Marketing and Product Management, you will be part of the team that makes the worlds most loving and effective eco:friendly and skin:safe baby care products. You will be responsible for the following areas: Marketing Strategy, Business Plan Development, Product Pipeline, Profit and Revenue and Promotional and Awareness Tactics. This role will serve as the primary marketing interface with Product Development and Design teams to implement the companys strategic marketing and product plans. The position reports to the Head of Marketing.
You are a highly motivated, goal:oriented, professional passionate about building new consumer products/brands and you thrive on working in a startup, fast:paced team. You have a proven track record and solid working knowledge of developing product/brand strategy, leading new product innovation, and analyzing business performance to identify new opportunities for growth.

:Responsible for managing the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch across all across all Bambo Nature product lines and extensions
:Own frontloading of marketing direction for all product launches working closely with Product Development and Design to develop strong consumer benefit areas based on consumer insights.
:Develop production timetables, pricing, and time:integrated plans for product introduction ensuring products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
:Maintain competitive market analysis reports, comparing companys products to competitors, including pricing and positioning
:Work closely with Product Development and Global Marketing to develop product feature copy and claims
:Define KPIs to measure success and failure of product initiatives
:Anticipate change in product requirements and be able to create alternative scopes and processes to fit team resource scenarios, budgets and deadlines
:Manage the execution of product development lifecycle from concept to launch to create the best consumer offerings in the baby care industry
:Partner cross:functionally with product development, supply chain, quality and finance teams to develop core strategies and deliver the growth of our portfolio of products
:Analyze new categories to identify opportunities for innovation
:Build launch plans to drive customer conversion on our site
:Understand the P and L and cost drivers for our products and the category to drive optimum performance for our team
:Analyze sales of existing products/brands to determine issues or opportunities in the business and develop plans to ensure category share targets are achieved
:Analyze and understand key business trends, track and report business results weekly, monthly and quarterly and provide recommendations to address issues in a timely manner
:Achieve annual profit, market share, and budget objectives
:Effectively coordinate and provide direction to internal cross functional teams and global team counterparts
:Oversee pricing direction
:Manage agency and other strategic partnerships to create and drive integrated / holistic plans across all product lines
:Ensure adherence of brand guidelines from the broader organization and agency network
:Develop the consumer experience strategy and plan
:Responsible for the Brand Experience Strategy/ Oversight/
:Lead overall social media strategy, PR, Advertising Plan, and In:Store and Online brand experience
:Monitor progress against objectives, develop recommendations and communicate as needed to achieve objectives
:Develop, lead and implement the Bambo Nature brand strategy in partnership with the Director of Marketing and Product Mgt.
