Established Medical Spa in Los Angeles is looking for a FT Manager with a minimum of 2 years experience managing a medical spa. We are looking for somebody dynamic and able to produce numbers, motivate staff and understands how to manage operations to improve bottom line results. Managers meetings on a monthly basis with the administrator, the director of operations and other decision makers within BHRC
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products and new products
Create a structured business plan every month to hit set sales goals
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions
, Develops and maintains professional and technical knowledge
Coaching and developing staff
Marketing and cultivating existing clientele
Performing consultations
Scheduling clients and staff
Provide sales and inventory reports to Director of Operations
Proving excellent client services
Prepare payroll including payment of commissions and bonuses.
Prepare reports and submit to the COO for their review:
Review sign off on Time Clock Report and submit for payroll
Make store deposit at least once a week : ensure accuracy of all deposit paperwork.
Create and manage employee shift schedules and calendar.
Schedule meetings with employees as needed.
Maintaining an adequate stock of salon supplies.
Salon inspections for cleanliness and condition.
Staff evaluations on a 6 month basis or as appropriate.
Constant communicate with your store staff.
Generate money:saving ideas and submit them to the Manager.
Create promotions with local companies and in local areas to submit to the Manager for approval.
Interviewing and hiring staff
Train and test new employees.
Promote an organized, positive, and motivating work environment.

Role Essentials
Proven leadership skills with a history of motivating a team to meet or exceed sales goals
Demonstrating communication, organization, problem solving and computer skills
Visibility and involvement in medical community
Supervisory skills including mentoring and coaching
Excellent presentation and analytical skills
Ability to rapidly build positive relationships with clients and staff.
