Job Description:/h3:
Century Group, Southern Californias leading executive search and interim placement firm for accounting and finance, is experiencing a period of rapid growth and we are actively looking for stellar people to join our team. To that end, we are seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead this effort by identifying top candidates for recruitment and client development roles.
:Do you have at least 5:7 years of experience recruiting talent to build a strong team?
:Do you think outside the box and try to come up with creative ways to recruit new talent?
:Do you have a passion for networking and building relationships?
:Do you know how to key into passive candidates who might be looking for new opportunities for career growth and unlimited earning potential if the opportunity presented itself?
As Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in all internal talent acquisition initiatives aimed at finding recruiters who already have established practices, as well as finance/accounting and sales/development professionals interesting in advancing their career at Century Group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
:Build successful channels for attracting, assessing and selecting the highest:quality candidates in the most efficient manner
:Identify and implement strategies for recruiting both active and passive candidates
:Coordinate advertising and marketing initiatives in conjunction with the Director of Marketing
:Develop a data:driven approach, utilizing analytics to provide insight and decision support
:Initiate and foster relationships with prospective candidates
:Qualify and pre:screen prospective candidates based on identified factors prior to presenting them to management
:Manage candidate flow, interview schedule, offers and pre:employment communication
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
:Bachelors Degree
:At least 5:7 years of experience recruiting talent, including successfully networking, sourcing, identifying, evaluating and hiring talent
:A professional network in the Southern California area.

This role reports directly to the CEO and COO in our Los Angeles office, located in El Segundo. We offer an excellent compensation package, including a competitive base salary and an incentive plan.
