We have an immediate opening available for a National Account Relationship Manager (NARM). Create business relationships and generate sales leads with high:level contacts through face:to:face client site visits primarily in California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada and Arizona. Maintain an ongoing business relationship with current clients to facilitate future sales. Work in conjunction with a specific field sales team. Work under general supervision of Director of Sales. Utilize moderate skills with a high level of proficiency in communication and collaboration. Typically require 3 or more years of DMS or industry related experience. Functional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

:Call reports in salesforce, such as: Campaign Reports, Trip report w/follow:up action items and Dealer sign:off reports
:Proactive backlog review to find uninstalled applications, or, applications installed but not claimed
:Coordination with Client Account Managers (CAMs)
:Regular review of client application penetration report
:Provide consistent and clear messaging to dealer
:Ability to train new users or show current users advanced features of CDK Products

Qualifications
:4 year college degree or equivalent experience
:Must have Automotive Retail experience, ideally 3 or more years or must have strong training skills and in depth knowledge of the CDK products
:Ability to travel approximately 90 or more is required
:Western U.S.A. location preferred near a major airport since National Accounts territory encompasses the entire United States

:Team player and must coordinate all efforts with Director of Sales
:Strong computer skills with current technical knowledge, i.e., proficiency w/MS Office (Excel/PP)
