Top private bank is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their Downtown Los Angeles office This is a unique opportunity for an effective leader who is capable, sharp, and organized. The ideal candidate is someone who loves working with people and building strong relationships, and has the skill set to manage, mentor and motivate a team.
Responsibilities:
* Day:to:day office management and staff supervision
* Business Development; building strong client relationships and expanding business partnerships
* Adhering to complex inquiries from clients, team, and business partners
* Generating marketing and sales plans along with company objectives and team goals
* Onboarding new administrative employees and conducting training
* Overseeing the year:end evaluation process for the administrative team and contributing to year:end bonus decisions
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of managerial experience
* Experience in retail banking is a big PLUS
* Demonstrated leadership and sales skills
