Responsibilities 13;
We are seeking an out:of:the box change agent who would love to play a central role in the HR revolution happening at The Aerospace Corporation. The Senior Organization Development Consultant Lead will help provide direction to a new organization that will be responsible for designing progressive people, cultural, and organizational strategies and solutions that result in fully engaged employees, amazing managers and leaders, performance excellence and the best workplace ever. Some of the people and organizational strategies, processes and tools that will be designed and deployed by this Center of Expertise will be company:wide in order to drive consistency and efficiency, while others will be more unique to meet a specific business or organization need. In both scenarios, you will need to effectively partner with our Strategic People Partners (known more commonly in our biz as HR Business Partners) and our people leaders. This role will require you to think big, challenge convention and in some cases reinvent how work is done : all guided by strong knowledge of our business and data. :Partner with our people leaders and Strategic People Partners to assess talent and organizational needs, create and implement solutions
:Provide expertise, best practices and consulting in the areas of: organization design and development, change management, and employee engagement
:In partnership with our Strategic People Partners, identify and analyze operational challenges related to people development and engagement. Create solutions consistent with business realities.
:As a high performing contributing member of the P and OD team, you will work collaboratively with your esteemed colleagues to:
:develop an integrated talent and organizational development strategy to meet and anticipate the evolving needs of our business and people that will optimize achievement of our strategic imperatives and corporate initiatives
:design a renewed performance management philosophy, process, tools and resources that will not make people cringe when they hear the words performance management
:get our future people managers ready to rock and roll before they hit the stage as a new manager
:design, redesign, customize, and enhance existing programs to build managerial and people capabilities
:design and implement a succession planning process that produces bench strength that is deep and diverse with robust development plans that ensure the readiness of our future leaders
:develop leadership transition and assimilation programs
:determine what metrics we will use to measure the effectiveness and value of this organization 13;
Qualifications 13;
:Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources Management or related discipline
:Minimum of 12 or more years in Talent Management, Talent Development, Organization Development, Human Resources
