The Systems, Strategy & Operations Talent Acquisition team seeks a Strategic Staffing Representative to play a pivotal role in helping to develop, evaluate, and execute Northrop Grumman Mission Systems targeted staffing strategies.

Depending on business requirements, the successful candidate may be expected to support the following responsibilities:

Lead and/or support strategic programs, with a focus on Diversity, Cybersecurity, Military, and other MS targeted talent segments to position NG Talent Acquisition as an industry leader (i.e. Special Projects, eNewsletters, Industry Events/Competitions, Social Media, Industry Research, Vendor Negotiations); partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Business Development, and Capture teams to establish human capital strategies that support existing business and contribute to

new business wins for the MS Sector; Oversee the competitor intelligence initiative to benefit HR and Talent Acquisition efforts and present regular Competitive Intel report to TA leadership with recommendations; Mentor and provide guidance to other team members, to include ensuring accountability and data integrity throughout the recruiting process; Oversee and collaborate with recruitment advertising agency, technology/media vendors and internal stakeholders to execute and manage TA advertising and marketing across the sector as well as develop, execute and manage sector-wide marketing

communications strategies and solutions, sector campaigns, recruitment communications and other employment brand marketing; Serve as the point of contact for sector advertisement and branding to include participating with the annual media buy, coordinating email blasts and job board postings as well as perform analysis on monthly reporting to assess effectiveness of media campaigns, recruiter data bases and job boards; Manage Alumni network to include managing network mailbox, creating monthly newsletter and content and managing subscribers; Manage recruiter development resources to include maintenance of self-development resources and submission of weekly content in TA newsletter; Manage sector talent acquisition new business pursuits efforts to include maintaining internal website; proactively gathering data on these needs and advertising the needs through internal communication vehicles; Oversee projects and develop recruitment advertising campaigns, event materials, market research from concept through completion; Provide expert advice, training, consultation and partnership with talent acquisition leaders and team to build effective recruitment marketing strategies that support business goals, objectives and priorities; Lead market research, industry benchmarking, and intelligence gathering for sector recruitment efforts; Perform research and set up demonstrations on tools to enhance recruiting and assist recruiters in attracting and hiring talent; Develop and execute talent acquisition survey strategies to capture feedback on recruiter effectiveness, process effectiveness and other related information as well as develop and analyze solutions to enhance and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction; Participate in special programs and initiatives as needed; May be required to lead and/or supervise a special project or recruiting initiative.
