Summer Scholar, Business Analyst - Human Capital, Technology - UCLA - Deloitte (Los Angeles,
A company’s most valuable asset is its workforce, and in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice, we work with organizations to align their HR systems and processes with their business strategies. Deploying HR solutions is part art and part science. The science comes from world-class tools and proven methodologies, but the art can only come from experience -- the experience to know which technologies to leverage, how they integrate with processes to create the right employee experience, and how they can be deployed in an organization to drive adoption and, most importantly, change. We are looking for strategic thinkers with a knowledge and passion for people and technology, ready to join our teams and act as agents of change for our clients.
Work you’ll do
You’ll work with our teams to help our clients define, build and implement improvements to their HR processes and structures to optimize business results through the alignment of HR service delivery and strategy. Whether working with SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle or Workday, you’ll gain hands-on knowledge of how to successfully enable the workplace of the future.
Working collaboratively with diverse clients across the globe, we help organizations design, develop, and implement technology-based solutions to optimize their Human Resources practices. Our consultants effectively implement human resource information systems (HRIS) that enhance clients’ long-term productivity and profitability. We provide strategic guidance and help business leaders understand, manage, and leverage HR systems technology to drive performance and growth. Learn more about our Human Capital practice.
