Vaeros Business Development Directorate is looking for an intern to work in our Service Line Office to identify capabilities in the marketplace by researching technologies and evaluating them across multiple disciplines and user segments. This position requires understanding of how technology is applied and the ability to conduct market research, and end:user value assessments.
:Conducting research on emerging capabilities in various technical fields.
:Evaluate and assess current:state internal technical capabilities and services across a range of technical fields
:Evaluate and prioritize target market segments, user communities and individual prospective end:users for suitability and attractiveness for a range of engineering and technical services and technology:transfer
:Support the evaluation of internal research and development projects with regard to desirability and direction of an eventual transition:to:market effort. 13;
:Progression towards BS or BA or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline
:Current GPA of 3.0 or higher (4.0 scale)
:Experience with market analysis, market segmentation, business planning
:Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) and work in a team environment
:Desire to learn more about how air and space technology and supporting capabilities impact our world
:Strong analytical and creative research capabilities and problem solving skills
:Customer service oriented
:Must work well in a team environment
:Must be detail oriented
:Ability to prioritize tasks and projects
:Must possess strong organizational skills
:Effective interpersonal skills to coordinate efforts and work with other internal and external organizations
