Job Description:/h3:
Mission Hospice: Los Angeles, Pasadena, and South Bay
The Clinical Liaison is responsible for generating referrals by building relationships with physicians, hospitals, long term care, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources. The liaison interacts with discharge planners, case managers, clients and families at designated facilities. Will support business development by participating in community marketing activities and working to establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
Qualifications:
2 : 4 years of community liaison, marketing or sales experience, preferably including hospice, home health, community nursing or case management.
Current LVN or RN license preferred but not required.
Must have valid driver license, transportation and auto insurance.
