Job Description:/h3:
Drive revenue by:
* Employing sales skills to drive referrals to achieve financial and strategic goals.
* Developing and managing relationships with physicians and case managers in the acute and out: patient settings and with other community partners.
* Effectively presenting the Danville Post:Acute Rehab experience and
achieve consistent monthly performance by exceeding facility targets.
Actively manage the referral process:
* Actively pursue referrals through phone contact, electronic systems, and in:person communication.
* Review, qualify, and respond to all referrals within 5 minutes.
* Tour prospective clients and family members.
* Prepare all necessary documentation for admission.
* Coordinate admission process with facility departments to ensure optimal patient transition.
Complete essential business:tracking requirements by:
* Maintaining sales call data by entering into designated system.
* Creating opportunities to recognize community partners and expressing gratitude through written correspondence.
* Coordinating networking events with facility Administrator to bring community and civic leaders to Danville Post:Acute Rehab.
* Completing required reports within designated time frames.
* Resolving concerns as required.
* Bachelors degree in sales/marketing/RN
* Sales experience
